Instructions;
1,roll out the paste on a non-stick surface or using comflour/ icing sugar for the dusting
2, cut out the butterfly without pressing the plunger
3,using the plunger press the buttery onto a flat surface to produce the veining
4, press the plunger once more to eject the snowflake
TIP place the cut-out butterflies into a sheet of paper or thin card folded into an M shape to from raised wings, use the edible lustre spay to add a wonderful pearlised effect.
NOTE tools used with food product should be kapt separate from those used with ono-food materials e.g.craft clay.
